Refund Policy

ArtCraft Web sells one-time credit packs. This policy explains when money comes back to you.

Automatic refunds

If a generation fails after credits were deducted — the provider errored, timed out, or the file could not be delivered — the spent credits are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us for failed generations.

Purchased packs

  • If a purchase was charged but the credits never arrived, contact us and we will credit the pack or refund the payment.
  • Duplicate purchases of the same pack can be refunded for the unused duplicate.
  • Packs that have been partially or fully spent on successful generations are not refundable.
  • Free first-generation credits are promotional and are never refundable or exchangeable.

How to ask

Email support@artcraftweb.net from the address on your account, include the approximate purchase date and the pack name, and we will sort it out — usually within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
